Party Information, FAQ, Terms and Conditions

Only members can host parties at Cambridge.

What is the cost of a party?

The fee for a pool party is $100. At the time of booking, there is an additional $50 refundable deposit making the total due at booking $150. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hrs of the end of the party after the lifeguard on duty has confirmed the hosting member cleaned up their party (per the Pool Party Agreement). In the event that there is cleanup needed by the lifeguard, the deposit will not be refunded. 

How many people can I invite?

A pool party allows the member to invite 25 total guests. There will be no exceptions made to this policy. Non-swimmers are included in the guest count. 

How long is a pool party?

Pool parties are booked for 2 hours. All guests will be provided wristbands upon arrival and are expected to leave when the 2 hour time frame is over. 

How can I book and pay for my party?

Parties are booked through this website. If the guards are unable to accommodate the date/time, then we will be in touch shortly after your booking. If you need to pay with cash or check, please make arrangements with Melissa, our swim activities coordinator at swim.activities@cambridgepool.org.
